Please make sure that you check your products carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or copy of invoice, which can be found on your order confirmation or with your delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after sales queries.

One Year Guarantee on Faulty Products
Our goods are always well packeged and delivered but still Sometimes our products can be damaged in transit, or a faulty cartridge could have slipped through our strict quality checks, in either case you may return the item as long as you follow these guidelines:

Please contact our customer support team via e-mail (support@tonerdoctor.co.uk) or phone call (020 8579 0692) before returning your product as they can help you with the majority of problems, and will talk to you through our returns procedure if the product is faulty.
If you return it back to us within 1 year with your proof of purchase ( invoice or order number), we will give you a fast track replacement, dispatched back to you the same day that we receive the faulty cartridge back in our returns department. You are also entitled to request a refund, which takes 14 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge due our testing procedures if we have not resolved the failure satisfactorily.

Items over One year will not be refunded or exchanged
If you've had the product for up to the best before date of the product, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.

 Incorrect items orded

We always tried to publish the printer cartridge compatibility information on our website highly accurate. However, if there is any error on our website which has caused you to order the wrong products for your printer, we will happily accept them for a full replacement or refund, even if you have opened the packaging.
Please make sure the product is incorrect. If you think you have received a wrong item because your printer is not listed on the box, this may not be the case. Each cartridge type is often used in many different printers. As the printer manufacturers regularly release new printer models, we can often have stock where the packaging does not contain the latest model list.

You can check that you have the correct cartridges by comparing the cartridge models listed for your printer against a printer listed on the box using the information on our website, if the cartridge model numbers match you have received the correct cartridges.

Important: If you are still in doubt, please contact out customer support before opening the product packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any product where the packaging has been opened

Returning a product

Before any item is returned we suggest that you contact our customer support team to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number. The RMA number normally valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue.

If you obtain this returns number Please write the RMA number provided clearly on the outside of the package. we aim to deal with the returned item within 24 hours of receipt. Items retuned without this returns number may take up to 14 days to be processed, and must have proof of purchase enclosed.

Please note that refunds are only given if the items are returned unused within 14 days of receipt, or we have not been able to replace or repair a faulty item. Please ensure you include full details of the issue including your contact details and proof of purchase such as confirmation email, invoice or invoice number. Without proof of purchase we unable to resolve your issue.
